He is our mentor, guide and source of inspiration for all what we started under Mulay Group which is engaged in many business ventures like SEED industry, construction, automobile and education sector. A man of a very humble nature who has been serving society in different forms throughout life.
Besides being chairman of our company, he has also been a Chairman of Mulay Brother Ltd, a renowned construction company in Marathwada region. He is one of the instrumental personalities who has put Marathwada, a kind of backward region into most developing region in Maharasthtra state through his spirit of serving society for a cause. A man who has been a part of movement of educational reforms in this region.
He has been on numerous boards of various institutions of repute encompassing industrial, educational, literature, cultural and social ones. To name a few; Chairman of Anantrao Bhalerao Pratishthan, Founder member of Marathwada Shikshan Prasarak Mandal since its inception in 1958, Life member of Saraswati Bhuwan Shikshan Santha and Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan.
He has been awarded with Marathwada Bhushan, the highest award constituted by Marathwada Vikas Manch. His contribution to society so far in various fields, his value based approach and his commitment for a strong human cause has laid a strong foundation for Mulay Group of businesses and so for Green Gold Seeds Pvt Ltd.

A dynamic commerce graduate who has been leading our group from the front over last 21 plus years. This dynamism has led to create seed industry, construction and real estate businesses of repute with an approach on `no compromise` in quality aspect and in being customer centric.
He has served Seed Industries Association of Maharashtra (SIAM) as Secretary and President during 2013 to 2020. On the background of his highly successful presidential role of SIAM wherein he was instrumental to solve numerous seed industry issues, on 27th October 2021 he was elected as member of National Seed Association of India (NSAI).
Besides being a successful businessman, he is a sports person with cricket as his passion. He is president of JUDO Association of Aurangabad too. His fitness has been inspiration for all employees. This sportsmanship spirit has been a driving force with which he has been leading this industry.
His belief in action orientation with focus on time lines has been making businesses to take leaps year on year.
Mr. Dhande, our Chief Operating Officer (COO) has 47 years of vast experience in seed producing, and pesticide companies. He has been on top position in SEED companies over last 28 years and his experience also includes working with MNCs like Bayer Crop Science. He has been instrumental in turnaround in SEED businesses in all the companies he has worked with as top management senior taking small seed companies to international level companies.
He is looked after as a mentor by more than 60000 farmers Pan India where his role is to guide farmers without any time restriction. Besides this he has been guiding farming communities through his articles and videos on critical aspects of farming practices.
He is also a known figure in trade, who is helping traders on quality and business aspects. His trade network is of over 700 distributors Pan India.
As a part of his responsibility and his interest in farming practices, he has visited countries like Australia, Singapore, Srilanka and Bhutan.
Under his value based leadership Green Gold Seed Company is spreading PAN India within shortest time with strong plan in hand for next 3 years of value based growth.
